CCPF invests in mainstream commercial property with the emphasis on retrofitting existing buildings through energy efficiency intervention in major cities in the UK.
The investment team invested in excess of £68m of equity in commercial sustainable property with an emphasis on energy efficient property and low carbon adaptable buildings.
The team works closely with CCC's research, policy and investment professionals for an enhanced understanding of the complex interdependencies between market, technology and policy trends.
