Michael O'Neill is an Associate in the CCC Private Equity Fund. Prior to CCC he worked for Oxara Energy Group, a renewable power asset owner. Michael worked with Wind, Biomass, Cogeneration and Solar businesses across Europe while at Oxara, with a focus on equity and debt modelling for these projects.

Prior to this, Michael worked in Energy & Utility Strategy with Accenture, where his clients included National Grid Transco, BP and Shell.

Michael graduated with a first-class MEng in Engineering, Economics and Management from Oxford University, during which he worked for RWE npower on the market optimisation of hydro-electric generation assets. Michael is a CFA Charterholder.
