Ian Temperton is a Managing Director of the Advisory team. Ian's early career was spent in offshore engineering, where he performed research into the foundations of marine structures.
Since then he has held a number of roles in strategy, business development and trading largely in the energy sector. This has included time at Norsk Hydro and LIFFE.
Ian holds a M.A. and M.Eng. from Cambridge University and a Masters in Finance from the London Business School. His work at the London Business School included a study on the restructuring of the UK power sector.
Ian authored "Financing Wind Beyond 2010": an independent study into the UK wind industry commissioned by the British Wind Energy Association in 2003.
