(LONDON - 12th February 2008) Climate Change Capital, a leading investment banking group dedicated to investment in clean energy and the low carbon economy, has announced the appointment of two senior property investment managers.

Esme Lowe and Tim Mockett have 45 years of experience in the property market. Lowe comes primarily from a property investment management background while Mockett's experience is primarily in property development

Mockett has 25 years of experience in property development and asset management and has invested and traded over £1billion of commercial property. He was most recently the Property Director at Stow Securities plc where, during the past 7 years, he created a £200 million portfolio of mixed use, office and retail properties. Mockett received his post-graduate Diploma in Property and Business from Fitzwilliam College, Cambridge University.

Lowe has over 20 years of experience in property investment management and was most recently a director of Capital Trust Ltd, a property investment firm with approximately £300 million of assets under management in the UK and Continental Europe.

Mark Woodall, CEO of CCC, said: "The value of commercial property will increasingly be driven by sustainability and climate change issues. The move to create low carbon buildings will accelerate and both occupiers and investors will drive this shift, motivated by the desire to reduce energy costs, corporate social responsibility, brand value, and the need to future-proof their properties.

He continued: 'We are very pleased to have two such accomplished property professionals as Tim and Esme joining CCC.  We continue to widen our offering and pursue opportunities that will both deliver real returns to our investors, value add to our clients and continued commercial success to CCC."
