Mark Woodall will give a presentation on Clean Energy Infrastructure at the Private Equity and Venture Capital Clean Energy Investor forum on the 19 May 2009.

The presentation will include:

  • Why should LPs, who normally invest in private equity, be interested?
  • What are the economics and the risk/reward characteristics, compared to standard private equity?
  • Which sectors and geographies are able to generate the most attractive, risk-adjusted returns?

The Forum is designed for Limited Partners, General Partners and corporate investors who are active or interested in the clean energy sector and/or in the environmental responsibilities of private equity firms.
