Government Property 2010 - Building a Collaborative Future
Climate Change Capital Property Fund will be exibiting, giving a talk and and the CCPF partners, Tim Mockett and Esme Lowe will be hosting a session at this year's OGC event.
The session entitled: "Retrofitting Existing Buildings to Achieve Maximum Energy Efficiency in Use", will explore how landlords and tenants can collaborate together to achieve significant energy reductions wins to the benefit of both parties. Specific reference will be made to 5 St Philip's Place, Birmingham where CCC have been working closely with CLG to reduce the energy, water and waste in this city centre office building.
James Cameron, Vice Chairman, will be giving a speech at the plenary session in the morning demonstrating how governments can balance the their need to exploit the estate as a corporate asset with significant imrovements in sustainable building and estate performance.
