Emerging Issues for Sustainable Growth: Competing in the Long-Term

James Cameron, Vice Chairman, will be moderating a session entitled "Emerging Issues for Sustainable Growth Session Structure".

This brainstorming session will bring together economists, environmentalists, other experts and public figures and leading business representatives in an exploration of the following questions:

1) What is the link between competitiveness (productivity) and environmental sustainability?
2) How can long-term sustainable growth best be captured by social, economic and environmental indicators?
3) What set of policies are proving to have the greatest impact in improving sustainable competitiveness and how can they be replicated and expanded through greater public/private cooperation?
