On Wednesday 8 October at 4:30pm, Dr K K Chan, Managing Director & Head of Investment, Greater China, will take part in a project developers panel session entitled 'Effective strategies for mitigating delivery and performance risks of a CDM project'. The session will include:
- Identifying the embedded risk factors of a CDM project and strategies in mitigating the risks
- Understanding how you can better assess the quality of a CDM project, reliability of project owner, etc.
- How to reduce the gap between the predicted level of CERs in the PDD and the actual number issued
