Cape Town World Economic Forum Panel: Africa 2011 - The Durban Agenda

The upcoming UN climate conference in Durban marks an opportunity for the South African presidency to demonstrate leadership in the multilateral negotiations, while shaping Africa's climate agenda. James Cameron argues that while achieving a  multi-lateral agreement is vital, there are many opportunities for countries, businesses and institutional investors to meet at Durban and discuss ways to resolve resource efficiency issues - and that developing the technologies and innovation to do so needn't be the sole preserve of the developed world.
