James Cameron argues that while achieving a multi-lateral agreement is vital, there are many opportunities for countries, businesses and institutional investors to meet at Durban and discuss ways to resolve resource efficiency issues - and that developing the technologies and innovation to do so needn't be the sole preserve of the developed world.
