Time to address gulf between green risk and values, says William Hill
"A few weeks ago I attended a seminar at Climate Change Capital
given by Sir David King, former chief scientific adviser to the
last government and a renowned expert on climate change.
It was a sobering presentation on the scale of the task ahead. For
real estate investors, the challenges are considerable, and
increasing the energy efficiency of buildings is the most obvious
one. King warned that conventional and relatively inexpensive
sources of oil will be entirely depleted within 20 years..."
