Terra Firma Buys Italian Solar Company

Terra Firma has bought Italian solar-energy company Rete Rinnovable S.r.l. in a deal worth around €641 million, the largest ever solar generation acquisition in Europe.

Terra Firma was advised by Climate Change Capital, Bank of America and Merrill Lynch.
