Climate Change Capital, Novus Modus pour funds into Nualight

Climate Change Capital has joined Novus Modus, a renewable energy fund backed by Irish state electricity company ESB, in a EUR 9.1m (USD 12m) investment round for Irish LED lighting company Nualight.

Climate Change Capital Private Equity, a EUR 200m vehicle managed by the London-based group, subscribed to EUR 3.75m worth of shares in a EUR 4.1m funding alongside existing Nualight shareholders. Novus Modus and the CPE fund then injected a further EUR 5m, split equally.
