Brussels warned of budget backlash

The prime minister's team includes James Cameron, vice-chairman of Climate Change Capital, Stephen Green, trade minister and chairman of HSBC, and Philip Dilley, chairman of engineering group Arup. He has also invited business people including Sir Howard Stringer, president of Sony, and Ratan Tata, chairman of Tata Group.
