Esme Lowe

Esme is co-founder of CCPF (Climate Change Property Fund), the first low carbon property fund investing in mainstream UK commercial assets. 

Prior to CCC, he worked for Capital Trust Ltd, where for 11 years, he was Head of European real estate and a Founding Partner of CapReal LLP. During this time, Esme managed AUM approx. £300m comprising of around 1 million square feet, 120 tenants and 17 buildings located in the UK and Continental Europe. Esme raised, advised, managed and exited a £30m European property fund with a gross asset value of £108m.

Esme was also Managing Director of Midroc Real Estate AB (and subsidiaries) 1999-2006. Prior to Capital Trust Ltd, Esme spent nine years in property asset management, management and sales at London and Cambridge Properties Ltd, Stockbourne Plc and Lambert Smith Hampton respectively. Esme has 24 years' experience of property investment fund management. Esme is also a trustee of Lowther Estate Trust.
