Chris Parsons

Chris Parsons is a Director of the Advisory Team and joined CCC in January 2005. Chris has extensive experience of advising clients on transactions in the onshore wind, offshore wind, solar, landfill gas, biomass and waste-to-energy markets.  Chris previously spent four years in the UK M&A division at NM Rothschild, where he advised on public market transactions in the transport and property sectors and on a major Government infrastructure privatisation.

Previously, Chris qualified as a chartered accountant at Arthur Andersen and was seconded to H M Treasury to develop Public Private Partnership and Private Finance Initiative projects in the transport sector.

Chris holds an MSc (Distinction) from Imperial College and BA from Durham University.
