Andrew Pearson

Andrew is a Managing Director of the Carbon Finance business and is responsible for investor relations, operations, deal reporting, treasury management, fund governance, tax and credit, operational and post-deal risk management.

Andrew has more than 18 years' experience working in the financial markets. He joined CCC's Carbon Finance team in 2004 and helped launch CCC's carbon finance business. Andrew has been instrumental in developing CCC's carbon funds and works closely with the deal teams on managing the transactions.  Beforehand he worked at Bankgesellschaft Berlin in cross-border structured finance and within its group finance function.

Andrew spent seven years as a consultant at Arthur Andersen, seconded to a number of financial institutions. His work there involved consultancy within trading functions.

He has a degree in Chemistry from Jesus College, Cambridge.
